thanks! May I ask how many calories should I eat on days where I exercise? My BMR is at 1200 and TDEE around 1700 (3 days/week exercise).

thanks! I didn't know there was this TDEE until you mentioned about it lol. So I got my BMR at 1200 calories and TDEE at 1700 calories (based on this site -> http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/).

Would cardio burn fat faster than strength training? I follow this exercise routine from an android app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.domobile.iworkout.free.waist idk if its strength training or not. I always workout at home only... thanks for the advice :)

Hi, I just also started today. My goal is to lose 10 pounds more and to get a toned body (because I'm skinny fat). I have a hard time eating around 1200 calories because I eat less than that almost everyday. My plan for this year is to eat more and exercise though I need some ideas on foods I should eat and how calorie…
