1. No bingeing! I really hope I've put this self-destructive behaviour in the past. 2. No alcohol for the whole month. A challenge, but I'm committed. 3. Finish 30-Day Shred (I'm on Day 15) and keep up the exercise after I'm done. 4. Start riding my bike. Good luck everyone!

I've only been logging my food for a couple of days after having a bad, lazy few months, but I've found I'm averaging about 1200 as well. And I'm 5'11. I'd definitely eat more if I felt hungry - I have no interest in starving myself - but I find I am actually satisfied with that amount. Which is weird, because I love food!…

This is a great idea! It puts space and time between the urge to binge and the binge itself, which gives you the chance to avoid bingeing. Exactly what I need, I'm doing it. Thank you! I'd also love to join any discussion groups that are set up because I really 1need the support. Good luck to all!
