i love Zumba its the most fun exercise u can do whether it be at home or in a class, although i have to say if u love doing it at home u should definatly try going to a class they are great fun!

I have too! Back on it from today i joined a gym yesterday and i am determined to do it this time! When losing weight your closest friends and family can become be your worst enemies, usually a lot to do with jealousy! Listen to yourself and remember the reason you are doing it! Good luck
