I usually do a kettlebell workout at least once a week. Its a total body workout. No cons for me. U have to be really careful about form or else u will hurt yourself. If u have knee or back problems its not a good idea. I love it.

I do different videos on YouTube like kickboxing and kettlebell. I have p90x. And sometimes I do workout routines that I find on pininterest. I walk in the park too.
