String cheese, fruit, almonds, those Special K peanut butter meal bars (omg, they're my new candy bar but I get to eat them for lunch), beef jerky, rice cakes, hummus, baby carrots... and I suck on a peppermint when I'm hungry and I'm trying to hold off till dinner. :)

Low carbs & caloric intake is the key to weight loss. So yes, pork rinds are a MUCH better snack than foods you have been conditioned to think are "healthier" that are higher in carbohydrates/ sugars/ starches. I recommend the movie "Fat Head" to anyone and everyone trying to lose weight! It will change your life!

Yup, I gave up Diet Coke nearly 6 months ago and only started losing weight when I started counting calories and watching my carbs about 1 month ago. Diet drinks played no factor in my weight loss.
