Yea when I first started metformin it made me nauseous and also had me running to the bathroom cause of diarrhea TMI. After two weeks of sticking it out the symptoms went away. It's just the first few weeks of taking it after awhile the symptoms go away.

I've had PCOS since i was 12 but i didn't get diagnosed till i was 16. I was developing just as a young girl should, got my breast at 9 and my period at 14 but it lasted just one day. I fit a medium shirt perfectly but the girls looks suffocated in them which is annoying so im stuck wearing a large and in dresses a 14 instead of 12. it gets annoying but i can tell they've gotten smaller due to strength training, so im going to keep doing chest presses and hope i go down another cup…

Im not on the 17 day diet but my mother a registered nurse said as long as you dont overdue the amount of lemon you put in the water then your good. Half a lemon does not have enough acid to thin your blood or cause ulcers.

Im 5'9 1/2 My goal is 164 pounds and size 8 and medium or small in shirts and sweaters. Healthy BMI and overall Happiness

Congrats on the 100 lbs lost. I seriously benefited so much from this post. One you broke my sleepy spell at work and two your just an inspirational person. Alot of people lose weight but only a few really help those still starting their own journeys. Keep inspiring us with those wonderful words
