Are any of you guys interested in starting a half/full marathon group? I've just begun training for my 3rd half marathon (the others were years ago and pre- major thyroid problems (Hashimoto's). Anyway, would love to have support in that as well as general weight loss. Cheers! Stacey

Were you ever on Levothyroxine? Is the Armour what's helped the most or the diet? Or combo with movement. I'm cold all the time regardless and I live in the SOUTH :) But I'd rather be cold than hot any day of the week. So I''m almost grateful for it. HA
