  • I'm actually interested in this lifestyle. I don't believe a fruitarian ONLY eats fruit. The 80/10/10 plan (which can be implemented into any diet such as vegan, raw vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous) is a formula where you consume 80% carbohydrates, 10% Protein, and 10% fats. Fruitarians get their 80% of carbs from fruits.
