It's bumping the topic to the top. Once it falls off the top 5/top 10 lists in the forums it gets less traffic (and people here don't appear to use the search much so it gets almost notraffic). "Bump" means the only purpose of the post is to bring it back to the top of the list.

My previous low was 199.9 back in November 2010. My new low as of this morning is 198.9.

My diet isn't exactly great for losing weight, so if I don't focus on it for extended periods of time then I don't make progress. So no cheat day here, but diet is pretty kick *kitten* when I'm just trying to maintain. Including the beer.

If you don't feel like you need them, don't eat them. Don't let yourself get to the point where you feel weak or anything, but there's no reason to take in extra calories you don't need when trying to lose weight unless you want to. If you feel good at 1500 but mfp says take 2000, stick with 1500.

Definitely whatever you're comfortable and happy with. I'm at 30 minutes right now and I'm pretty happy with that. It's by no means fast compared to the people that finish at the head of the pack, but it's fast enough for me.

I drink diet and don't really worry about the chemicals. I try to keep myself at two cans a day now just keep my caffeine intake in check. Unless I'm mixing it with rum. Then it's sort of anything goes.
