I'm hoping the 100 days of burpees does the trick for whipping me into shape for this. I see no reason it shouldn't at this point.

It's that whole "one day won't hurt you" or "one little piece of this or that won't hurt you." Yeah well what it my day was yesterday and what if I already ate a piece of cake for breakfast? That's the best way to get me to take a two hour lunch break somewhere else.

I'm a little late to the party but I've been on this for a few weeks now and I love it. Mostly I notice it helps me cut about 200-300 calories out of my diet during the day without feeling hungry.
