another thing i've been told both ways....eat the calories i've burned and not to eat them...i usually don't but i try to make sure that i have eaten the calories i'm suppose to. make sense? or is that a no no too lol

Thank you all for all your advice. I have done the 1200 calories before and i've never had a problem other than falling off the wagon lol and lost weight and never exercised or drank my water. Now i'm drinking half my body weight in water and i'm going to incorporate exercise 3-4 times a week. when i first was tracking…
