  • Green tea helps fight belly fat! It increases metabolism, promotes a healthy heart, and can help allleviate things like stress and control cholesterol.. :) I drink it everyday. I hate the taste so i usually just chug it haha
  • Working out helps me so much with stress. I like to call it "me" time. I am motivated by photos and inspirational stories of other people & their weight loss....& OMG TEA! I love tea of all kinds, good music, and church... :))
