It's probably because you are new to running just make sure you stretch before and after if you feel your calf go tight when your running stop. Because if you pull or tear it you will be in alot of pain and not be able to run for quite a while. If you can get a massage done by someone you know that will help aswell.

Try and do 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins at night it is better than all at once and build it up when you have more time.

Hi I always used to wear Addidas because they were very light shoes then went on to a pair of Asics but now wear Nike Pegasus +28s and find them great after a year and half. I am going to stick with this shoe model as for your knees try to run on trails and grass keep of the road if poss. My daughter also wears them and…
