I'm Shar. I'm from Berkshire but now live in beautiful Pembrokeshire. This sounds like a great challenge and the perfect excuse to start seeing more of the countryside and beaches that are on my doorstep. Good luck all :)

No ... I wasn't fishing! I just thought it funny that so many people ask a lot about eating back calories and, having dropped dinner down myself again, figured it might be funny. Oh well.

You said boyfriend, but I didn't see anything that indicated one...

I could have written this myself. My Mum was a social worker for kids with special needs and has said for years that she this I have Aspergers ... I don't care for a label, but I can see why she would think this. There are worse things in the world ... :)

I put on weight and my Spanx don't fit anymore, so until I lose some more weight I'm just gonna have to jiggle!!! It's seriously de-moralising to try getting them on then needing help to get them off from the highest point you got them too :blushing:

No, it's not a big deal to me ... IT'S FLIPPING HUGE!!!! So pleased for you as I just started doing a little very slow jogging myself and know just how amazing it makes you feel.

I have a Shih-Tzu/terrier cross puppy ... Betty :) She's the most amazing little thing even after the worst start in life, being dumped by her owners, she has a smile (OK, so it's an underbite, but it really does look like she is smiling!!!), playful and just full of love and cuddles.

I just did W2D2 today and actually did a little extra as I was feeling so good, however I put it down to something I read in the FAQs ... it went something like this ... Q: 'How fast should I run?' A: As slowly as possible! You probably wont be running much faster than you are walking, but you can work on speed once the…

I can't wait to have this problem!!! I want people to look at me and think 'whoa, helloooooooooooo!!!! Sorry OP, I just don't understand the problem as I'd much rather have the appreciative looks than the ooh you're gross looks.

I'm in ... my first challenge EEEEK!!!

The fact that I have a treadmill, but that after two weeks it is still in it's box. Last week I couldn't put it up due to an injury (OK, so I got concussion ... being head-butted by the dog!) and this week I have to travel for work. I have someone to help me it together at the weekend which is great but I want to use it…

Add me, add me!!! I'm still coming to terms with how much I weigh, and just can't bring myself to put it out there for everyone else, save to say that I fit your description! Hopefully the more I do this, the more it will help me come to terms with things and one day I'll be posting my success. The bright side is that I've…

I've been here three weeks and really don't have much in the way of being an inspiration to others myself ... yet! .... but I thought I'd share my favourite quote which I do try to remember when necessary... 'Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts'. (Winston Churchill)
