Dude, if you don't want to talk about this, we don't have to. But if you do, then please offer your definition of "imply." If you think your previous post fits the definition of "imply," then you use that word differently than the rest of us do every day.

Correlation does imply causation. It doesn't entail it, but of course it implies it.

No. The mandate doesn't go into effect until March, and not having insurance is not a crime (misdemeanor or otherwise). There's a tax penalty for not having coverage, but it's not a criminal fine.

I have the Men's Kinvara 4 (and had the Kinvara 2 before that). I enjoy how lightweight and breathable they are. Zappos should carry them, so you can try them on and ship them back for free if you don't like them.
