Day 58 CCB - one mile MOM - 26 minutes of cardio and 105 squats Day 59 CCB - she is not feeling well today but she forced herself to do 15 minutes of cardio and weights. MOM - walked 2 miles and 110 squats

Day 57 CCB - 15 minutes of walking, 60 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 30 crunches and 15 sit ups. MOM - 1 mile walk and 100 crunches.

49 CCB - first day of dance class for the fall. 45 minutes of ballet bar and positions. She came out saying her legs were burning. MOM - 20 minutes body weight workout from Microsoft band workouts.

Day 22 CCB - ran about a mile MOM - 20 minutes of kettlebell training Day 23 CCB - 40 minutes of flexibility and strength training. MOM - jogged two miles. (Had to walk a few times to catch my breath but got back to jogging as soon as I could)

DAY 20 MOM - not feeling well today but forced myself to walk a mile. CCB - walked a mile with me to keep me going and danced 20 minutes.

Day 19 CCB - walk 2 miles during gym class unfortunately the fall seasonal allergies are really bothering her. Poor thing is so congested. MOM - walked 2 1/2 miles with dog and a friend. I also painted my kitchen today while kids and husband were at school and work. Love the new blue walls.
