Most of them don't work. But if you are looking for something that can help (it's not magic) you could go with a caffien ephedrine stack, but basically it's just going to increase your heart rate all day. Also CLA works a little and green tea for appetite suppression.

I tried the keto lifestyle, lost so much weight, was working wonders. Then when i went back to eating normal, I gained all the weight plus more back. I don't recommend cutting too much carbs, Your brain and body needs it to function. especially if you exercise.

There's the problem right there. anything under 1200 is too low. You need to exercise and eat more.
