Steel cut oats with blueberries & almonds are super yummy. 3/4 cup of liquid--I like to use 1/2 water &1/2 apple juice 1/4 cup quick cook cut steel oats (Trader Joes) Boil and stir for 5 min. Add some blueberries and sliced almonds. And voila! This keeps me full until lunch : )
