I had the exact same experience January this year. Only my father called and sang lol.brother and sister sent text...this was my first year without my mom too. She died feb 12, 2013....on her birthday...suddenly.....sucks huge.

I love them roasted....for some reason it just adds such a different taste and dimension. I will eat veggies I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole normally if they are roasted.
