• I'm loving this consensus - thanks everyone!!
• I love them! Especially the blueberry ones. I microwave a cup of frozen blueberries with 1 Tbs of real maple syrup for a "blueberry syrup" and pour it over them. So good.
• I LOVE spinning!! I do a 60 minute class 2-3 times a week at my 24 hour fitness. Just a warning: if this was your first time, your butt is probably going to hurt pretty bad tomorrow and for the next couple days! But KEEP GOING anyway! It will eventually go away as your legs get stronger because you won't be sitting so hard…

• I know that cooking vegetables often changes the nutrient content or activity in them, sometimes for the better and sometimes not. For example, I know tomatoes are better for you cooked rather than raw, etc. Does anyone know which vegetables are better for you if eaten raw rather than cooked? Created by…
• I have the Polar F6 and I LOVE it! I'm also not sure what the differences are between the F6 and F7, but I know the F6 has all the features I could ever want, and more. Just be sure to check the size of the chest strap that it comes with when you buy it...I didn't do this and ending up getting the Medium which is too big…
• My favorite breakfast is Kashi strawberry or blueberry waffles with 2 tbs. maple syrup and a sliced banana on top! It's delicious. Also I love Amy's steel cut oatmeal bowls or Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with light vanilla soymilk and blueberries. And I always have half a grapefruit. For lunch, there are tons of options. I…

• I have the Polar F6 heart rate monitor and I LOVE it, but one big complaint that I have is the chest strap always slides down around my waist and messes up my readings. I have it on as tight as it will go...it's so frustrating! It says it is a size M but I didn't even know they came in different sizes. Does anyone know if…
• I had two Kashi waffles with 2 TBS maple syrup and a sliced banana on top with half a grapefruit. My favorite! I love breakfast. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
• I also have the Polar F6. I love it! My only annoyance is the chest strap is a little big and seems to slide down a little when I work out, but it's not too bad. I can't work out without it! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Food Diary
• Frank's Hot Sauce! So so good. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Food Diary
• I just read "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan. I highly recommend it. Not so much a "diet" book but a really interesting look on the recent history of the food industry and why we eat the way we do. It's very eye-opening and will change the way you look at food labels! • I love Hungry Girl! Also the Biggest Loser cookbook is really good. And I'm a forever fan of Cooking Light. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Food Diary
• I also don't eat hardly any food with artificial ingredients. Eating organic and natural makes me feel a lot better! If you're interested in learning more, I'm almost done reading the book "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan...it's about how Americans are eating so much processed and artificial food, often times trying…
• LOVE hungry girl!!! You should also try her cheesy beefy supreme with soy crumbles...it's one of my favorites! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Online Calorie Counter

• Amen!! Thank you for that.
• The money exchange does kinda suck...its about 1.6 to 1, euro to american dollar. It kinda got me in trouble because I actually spent way more than it seemed like I was spending :noway: but I got some great stuff!! I'm also going to Vegas in August! Only for a couple days though. Should be fun! Have a great time!

• I went on a cruise over New Years and had an absolute blast, without gaining any weight! I love cruises, especially because of all the amazing food. I told myself from the beginning that nothing was off limits, and I would at least try everything that I felt I wanted. I think the key for me was focusing on small portions…
• Congratulations!! That's awesome.
• Spain?! Now I'm so jealous! That is next on my list.

• You're lucky though...you have an inheritance over there so you have to go at some point!! I don't know if I'll ever have the chance to go back again. Virginia sounds great! Sailing was quite the experience, and it was tons of fun but at least at a bed and breakfast you'll be able to take regular showers which is…

• So I just got back yesterday from my 2 week vacation in Greece, and I must say...that place is absolutely amazing!! I went with my 2 cousins, uncle, and friend. We were in Athens and Thessaloniki for one week, and then rented a sailboat and sailed the cyclades for another week. Kythnos, Tinos, Mykonos, Naxos, and Kea were…

• yep, its supposed to get up to like, 102 here in Austin today. I mean, I love Texas but HOT-DAMN! Summer is definitely coming....
•
I know you guys are thinking I am completely lying out my muscular manly buttocks, but I promise this is the truth. I absolutely hate the phrase 'having sex'. I despise it. To me that's far too clinical and impersonal. I know it's argueing semantics, but to me...it's not. Yes, I do enjoy cuddling. Sexual relations…
• I love Hungry-girl and love the new cookbook, but I noticed that a lot of recipes call for Splenda. I really don't eat this stuff, or any other artificial sweetener for that matter...I just think its gross and weird to be honest. So I don't really mind upping the calories and using real sugar instead, but are the…
• I know that I eat way more sodium than I probably should...I just love salt, but I am trying to cut back. I've been wondering...does it make it any better that I also drink tons of water and sweat, like, a ton during my workouts? Or does that not matter....?
• I love Pizza Hut Veggies Lovers thin crust pizza. Its only 180 calories a slice and sooo yummy. The hand tossed is also delicious, at 210 calories a slice.
