You guys are correct. I had it all turned around I was taking naproxen for knee pain before my surgery and that's what they told me I could take anymore. Thanks for getting me straightened out :)

With a little extra in my Saturday workout I just made my goal. SW: 336 GW: 299 Wieghed in at 299 on the nose. Thanks everyone. I look forward to the next challenge !

At this point you really have to do it with your supplements. I use Unjury medical protein they have it at the hospital here or you can get it online but my fav is Muscle Milk. I get 11 oz packs from Sam's they have 20g each of protein. Not sure if you have one there but TC does. Other then that I will have Greek yogurt in…

Welcome! I just had my surgery on December 2nd and I'm feeling great. I reached a milestone of 50# lost today since surgery and the two weeks of liquid dieting before. Everyone has you on the right track. I gave up caffeine (I was a huge coffee drinker) and pop. I found Unjury (I liked the chocolate) to be the best option.…
