I'm 18, but mentally I feel more like 35. If you average those two together, you get 26.5 lol:)

I just remind myself that junk food is practically poison for my body. Having an intense mindset about it helps I guess? Sometimes it doesn't lol, but it's not everyday. Once in a while I'll succumb, but that's probably once a month, if even.

I've dieted sooo much in the past, but those were always temporary. This is my first go at an honest lifestyle change:)

I was wondering about calorie intake as well. I'm eating on average 1200-1500 plus working out, but I'm only losing about a pound a week. I'm trying to lose 2 a week, so I wasn't sure how that worked. My UGW is about 110 now, factoring in frame size.

I usually just lock myself in my room with my laptop, browsing Tumblr, Pinterest, or Google for health-related or funny posts. Distraction works for me. I hope you feel better soon!

I set my alarm at 5:30, but I don't get up til 6. I try to squeeze in a bit of cardio to get me going, maybe a 30 minute walk/jog/elliptical, or a 20 minute Zumba video.
