I'd be 110lbs if I stopped drinking beer.... it's a weakness. I actually switched to Bud Select 55 and uped my workouts.... It's really made a difference I can see.

Awesome. I wear my heart rate monitor all the time. So do I need to write down how long I'm in my target zone? Or what info do I need to calculate it?

I had put together a romain & iceberg salad last night. I was planning on eating that with some avacado, onion, tomatoe, carrots, and some ham & turkey then topping it off with olive oil & red wine vinigar. Kris
