  • GLUTAMINE!!! Make sure you are stretching before and after, try using the foam rolls as well, and try eating more potasium and do lots of cardio, it adds more red blood cells to you blood stream which will brings more oxygen to youre muscles thus creating less of the lactic acid build up!
  • The gum and patch worked to an extent, the problem with the two for me was the patch made me wake up every two to three hours a night and gave me horrible nightmares, and the gum was like chewing on a pepper and left a horrible chalky taste in my mouth.
