  • Great job!! I'm down 3.8 lbs and 7 inches since Day 1. I did my first day of Level 3 today.
  • I'll have to double up one of my shred days since I took 2 rest days so I finish on 4/30. Should still be doable. Do you think a 3lb for the light weight and an 8lb for the heavy will work?
  • I managed to complete another round of it today for Level 2 Day 8. I had about a 90 min break in between doing it. Wow, those planks back to back are a killer. Only 2 more days of this and on to Level 3!!!!

  • Day 1 of Level 2 DONE....or is this day 11? However you want to say it, it was a killer on the arms! It felt great to be doing different moves and working other areas though. It was a quick workout - seemed even faster paced than Level 1.
