I do arm raises using my body weight as resistnace. Then I bring my arms to the side and around as if I am clapping. I started out at 10 reps of 10 cause if you do them right you will fill the burn in your arms!! I work in a building with 5 floors so I opt out of using the elevator and I walk up and down them for 5-10 min…

Maybe you should try to sweeten your teas with natural honey or nectar that may help.

Stay motivated and keep up the good work!! It won't happen over night but if you hang in there (like you have been doing) with your eating and excercising the results will pay off!! :smile:

Drinking smoothies are great and so refreshing. I use granola and 2 tbsp. of organic honey to sweenten it up a little if i need it. :smile:
