Sure! I'm walking for 45 mins M, T, W, F, and 30-45 mins after dinner every day. First part done for today!

I add flax meal. Easy breakfast smoothie (makes 2 servings): 1C milk, 1/2 C yogurt, 1 C fruit (I like frozen), 2T flax meal, 4 ice cubes. Fills me up for hours :)
