I feel the same way. I've increased my exercise from 1 day doing 2 hours of exercise to adding 3 more days of exercise at about 45 min to an 1 hour each of those days. The way I understand it - those 400 - 500 calories you burned - you now get to eat if you want. So 1450 that you are allowed to eat + 400 = 1850 that you are allowed to eat and still lose the amount of weight that you said you wanted to lose to come about to the 1450 calories a day limit that it gave you.
