At the end of the day it's going to be calories in vs calories out. But I think the big advantage a vegan has is that they normally take in a large amount of fiber that keeps them full most of the time.

Never tried them. I will since I have seen so many positive reviews. I do eat Larabars several times a week.

Eating nutritionally dense foods or "eating clean" will most likely cause you to lose weight because you will be much more full and nutritionally satisfied. I'm not a vegetarian, but am very plant based. Just quickly calculated and most days I am probably 10-15.

Once in a while, I get a Buncha(SP?) Crunch or popcorn. But most of the time, I'll bring almonds and/or a Larabar.
