  • That is an amazing idea. I plan to hire a trainer as soon as I am employed again. Remember that you will be building muscle and your weight loss may slow a bit, but the new muscle will start burning more calories so your body fat will continue to go down. You go GIRL!!!!
  • Hi Rebecca, I'm Tanya, a trick I use is to put snack food into 100cal portions in small ziplocks, easy to grab. Best of Luck!
