Great Thread! I am 5'11 and weigh 182. At my heavist I was 196! I wear a size ten, but hopefully once i lose ten more pounds I will be back in my size 8 jeans! :)

I am 5'11 starting weight was 186 (as of Jan.1 2014) I workout six days a week and consume at least a gallon of water every day. I eat about 1,250 calories and no more. To lose weight you need to burn at least 500 calories a day. This was direction from my trainer and I have already lost 10 pounds in a month.

I live in this little tiny town and I guess in the big cities this detox goes for 60-80 dollars a session.. and mine costs $15! You gotta love small towns!

I have had my nutribullet for almost and have done the 6 week plan a couple of times! If you read through the book it has different wraps, good grain ideas for lunch so it is not always liquid. I really don't sacrifice anything... I workout six days a week... watch everything that I eat because I know once I hit my end goal I will be happier than I have ever been! I am ready to be that success story so I look forward to going to the gym and eating healthy!!

My SW is 190 and my goal is 160. I totally agree that taller ladies lose weight differently. Everyone keeps telling me that i don't need to lost weight, but they aren't seeing what I see when I look in the mirror!!
