  • I feel your pain. I was diagnosed with Optic Neurits, where I was left temporarily blind in my right eye. I was prescribed IV Steroids, and they just told me that it would make me want to eat. I didn't. It just made me gain weight. I worked out and tracked my calories like normal, and I still eneded up gaining 9 lbs in 4…
  • That's a great incentive to run. Where is that(state)?
  • I have gotten rid of the ones that I will never wear again... but I did keep some of the bigger clothes just in case. I'm not done having kids, so I figured I'd save myself some money and use the bigger clothes as maternity clothes :)
  • Not that I'm that photogenic, but I would like to look back at pictures of me and my daughter together and not just my husband and daughter in pictures (not that that would be a horrible thing, but still) :)

  • Great job!! I normally don't wear dresses either, and today i did... even to work (yikes!!). You're looking great!! :)
  • 26 lbs in 22 weeks... :)
  • I don't get the excersize/food books. However, my friend had purchased a cookbook that she absolutely loves. It's called something to affect of 'Cooking with Amy'.... she's a local newreporter in our area... the food is quick and easy, and I've tried some myself...and are good.... and my husband hasn't complained (I think…
  • I do the same thing.. I just look at it as one day.. as long as it's not every day, you'll be fine. And it's nice to let loose once in a while as a treat :) and it's not cheating if u skip today.... but i always end up going back to fill it in, cuz i feel guilty :)
  • I hope there's not an issue w/ taking a nap after working out. With my schedule, I only have time to work out after I put my child to bed at night, after that, I take a shower and go to bed. I'm still losing weight, so I don't see the harm in it :)
