Your definitely not sedentary if you chasing after a 1 yr old and doing that much exercise. So yea you could be eating too little or you could be gaining muscle. Do measurements.

It's hard to get used to any artificial sweetener. It takes time LOL. I didn't like any at first but after about a week of using splenda now I can't go back to sugar. Looks good! Yes I think on my high days..wow! then I go ..I can have this or that! Moderation is the key. I measure, I weight. I use the menu's at restaurants (nutrition counts) It isn't a guessing game. You do have to be completely honest on your portion sizes and everything you eat.

The one I gave you is geared towards women. A lot of the other ones you'll see are for "cutting" for body builders. They are extreme ones and aren't really smart for women.
