Yes I am at 178lb I eat 1200 calories a day. I'm just wantin to know if it will be as effective or if I should go back to what I was doing before?

It's been happening everyday for the last two weeks.. I'm just never hungry! I have cereal after my workout and don't get hungry again until evening when just one small sandwich is enough. I don't feel like eating at all and have no idea what I can eat which will bring my calorie intake up!
