If you are looking for a steady increase in lean muscle mass, then you are on the right track. If you are looking to put on significant body weight quickly, increase your calories. I would just keep doing what you are doing.

Great advice to start with. If you struggle eating enough calories milk is always a cheap, easy, quick way to get extra calories. Make sure your water intake is really high too! Shoot for at least a gallon.

Tilapia is great suggestion. Look for cheap, beef or pork roasts on sale and put them in the crock pot. Cheap and effortless. Chicken in crock pot is also a nice switch up.
