When I feel like a pound isn't that much... take a pound of butter and hold it in your hand., Or If you don't think 10 lbs is that much.. Hold a 10 lb bag of potatoes. You will be amazed. :)

That worked for me as well, I didn't lose weight for two weeks in a row, I read that you should zig zag your calories and the next week I lost 3 lbs, the week after 2lb's . I hope that helps :)
