Use a larger glass or container. Not too big but larger than your usual. I have a glass rootbeer mug that holds 2 cups of water. If I don't use that one I'm ALWAYS behind on water.

I made them without sweetener the first time and made little egg and bacon tacos. pretty good

I started on March 15th. Between the 15th and 18th I lost 3 lbs, between the 18th and 22nd I lost 2 lbs. Since then(11days) I haven't lost anything. I started out around 1800 cal just to get into keto, and now I lowered it to 1322 based on a few calculators. I really hope I start to loose again.

Carbohydrates make your body crave more food. Also if you are not getting enough water, your body could be mistaking thirst for hunger. I recently started low carb high fat 'diet' (Keto). I have lost 5 lbs in a little over a week(some is water weight) and I have only been hungry a few time.

I am not a big exerciser either. My ketostix keep measuring low to moderate. I do drink alot of water so maybe that contributes?

The steak and chicken were half portions each and maybe 4 little shrimp. There was cheese and bacon on the chicken too. I guess it could have been too much protien and too little fat. Thank. I hope I can get back in easily.

Like I originally said this food list is today as of now. My usual calorie intake is 1300-1700. I lost about 5lbs when I first started and then it stopped there.

I actually have a food scale. I use it for almost everything, and if I don't it is because I have a hundred times already and can estimate and measure pretty accurately.

No not the same thing every day. Just that type of food every day. Nothing super unhealthy, I eat veggies and some fruit, not too much carbs(since I'm not very active) a good amount of protein, olive oil or coconut oil etc. But I cant seem to loose any weight. Any suggestions?
