You won't enter ketosis eating that much carb's and sugar a day ;)

Don't rely on the calorie information on here. If there is an * next to the food item it means a member put the information it, and I have noticed more often than not it's incorrect. Read your labels :)

Check your electrolytes. I'd also up your protein, lower fat. Burn the fat from your body for energy, not your plate :)

I add beef bullion to my morning tea, be sure to eat an avocado a day and drink Natural Calm at night for my magnesium. If my electrolytes are off I definitely notice it on my runs and in the gym.

I use Eason's workout sometimes, and when I do I print it, hole punch and put it in a binder.

What do you want to monitor? Fitbit is not a heart rate monitor. Polar is not a pedometer. I have both, I used my Fitbit for two weeks before buying the Polar F2. I haven't taken the Fitbit out of the drawer since, it's just an overpriced pedometer IMO.
