5'1" range of 102-104, 53 YO. Maintaining for 13 years. Need to be on the lean side due to a knee replacement after a car accident. Doc says to keep it light! :-)

I'm 5'1" and I set myself a range of about 102-104. I've found that you can set your calories too low! At 1200 I was down to an unhealthy weight, keeping everything else (number of workouts) the same. You will definitely need some trial and error. I have to watch my sugar, so I always make plain oatmeal. Then I stir in some Polanders cherry jelly or drizzle on some Cary's sugar free maple syrup or mix in a Tbsp of Sunspire vegan carob chips!

Another thing to consider is to try not to eat too much at one meal so you can spread you calories out over the day. Have a couple of snacks. So for your breakfast have either the pancakes or the eggs, then you would have enough calories to have a snack later on. It's good to have a more even intake of food. You've gotten…

I am in maintenance mode too. I have a small range that I try to stay in. If I go over, I get extra strict. If I go under, I get to eat a bit more! Unfortunately, I don't go under very often. :wink:
