I've been doing plyo exercises with my youth soccer team and have been able to do more that just demonstrate the exercises. I've actually been able to lead them in the routines.

I've slowly started doing plyo exercises to include a VERY small jump box with my kids that I coach. They're actually impressed that this old fat man can do it and motivated to do better than me.
