Thanks you guys! I just wanted to know it's possible and that this surgery wants an end to losing weight, it was a tool but now I want to lose it the "natural weight"

For salad dressing or any condiment, I have a little plastic dish that is very light and I just tare it and then do my condiments. Little tiny changes can save an immense amount if calories.

I'm in the same boat. I make all my food ahead of time so I did 1/3 of a cup in baggies but it looked like WAY too much, I checked, and it was nearly doubled. Protein? I used to eat a chicken breast thinking it was one serving (4 ounces), I was eating about 9-12 ounces. Ignorance is NOT bliss.

I was just making sure I wasn't missing something! I figured I could eat it up (which I do!). My sugar intake is still low and even if it wasn't I would still eat that delicious, natural sugar

The chocolate chip mini muffins (red and white package). I remember them being so delicious as a little kid and I just ate some a few weeks ago and regretted it immediately
