I had maintained an almost 80 pound weight loss many years, but over the last two have managed to pack on about 35 pounds (lost 8 since I joined MFP): - lots of changes going on in my life, including illness, buying a home, getting engaged, moving in with fiancé, starting a new job, caring for ill parent, etc - alcohol use…

I usually broil fish (tilapia, salmon, mahi, haddock, cod, swai, etc.) for 6 minutes on high right under the flame. I love peppery rubs, taco seasoning, onion soup mix, Old Bay, chili powder... Quick, easy, tasty, healthy!

JM 30DS, Day 8 30 minutes treadmill - incline intervals
-
I absolutely love my treadmill sessions! I really try to get the most bang for my buck doing incline intervals. I go 4mph, and change the interval each minute - right now I'm doing 5, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 - and repeat for anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on what other exercise I've done that day or how much time I have.

In it with using a Polar FT 4! Easy to use, no syncing just checking the readout now and then throughout my workout.

I was hourglass at 34 bust, 26 waist, 36 hips lol. In time, I'd love to get close to those numbers again. :D

Working my way through the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child. Love these books!

Getting a good and reputable HRM is one of the best things I've gotten along the weight loss journey.

Kraft makes a whole bunch of tasty dressings that I love. I marinated with them also: Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic, Sun Dried Tomato, Balsamic, Tuscan House Italian, Poppy Seed, Red Wine Vinaigrette.... Sometimes I make my own too - balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian spices, pepper... delish!

Hey, I'm Kelly. In 2005 I started losing weight, and after 18 months (and a lot of hard work!) I had lost about 75-80 pounds. I kept it off until late 2012, and have gained back about 35 pounds. I'm not sure it is even realistic now to try for the same weight and size I was then, but I'd like to lose another 16 pounds to…

%100 desk jockey here - 6:30am - 3:15pm. I get out on breaks and lunch for quick 15 minute walks, but other than that I'm chained to my desk all day :)

Its probably either a heart rate app or an app that might sync with a heart rate monitor. Buying a good HRM was one of the best and smartest things I've purchased. You can get a good brand like Polar for around 50 bucks on Amazon!

I have an old treadmill but it does what I want it to do, and I have some pretty killer cardio workouts on it. As long as it goes fast enough (if you're planning on running on it, make sure it goes as fast as you run), and it has incline settings, you're good to go!

I get pretty good at home workouts in! I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (8$ at Walmart) and use my treadmill also. Before that I used a set of hand weights and an exercise ball ($20-30 total) and did a full body workout doing lunges, squats, wide squats, deadlifts, pushups, overhead press, lateral raises, and…

I totally do this! I usually eat the same breakfast (smoothie) and lunch day in/day out, so after I go grocery shopping I plan out dinner meals for each night and log it into MFP. I usually plan out one to three days in advance. I just find it easier to stick with knowing what I "can" and "can't" eat for the day. I don't…

I just started the 30 Day Shred: I did it last Friday and Saturday with no weights, and did it last night with 5 pound weights. Plan on doing it again tonight! I'm calling it Level 1, Day 2. For me it is hard but doable. I also do pretty intense cardio on the treadmill most days of the week - most of the time it's incline…

I just started the 30DS (on top of cardio on treadmill daily). Hoping it helps get me in shape and slims me down in terms of inches and weight loss.

Alcohol is my #1 diet wrecker. I just can't drink alcohol and lose weight no matter how hard I work out or how healthy I eat. Although I didn't drink during the week, I love(d) my weekend libations! I like decaf tea in the evenings... :-/

I seem to get a "mid-week" bloat going on, every week consistently. No matter what I ate the night before (or days before) something happens mid week - like right now - where I am holding onto every drop of liquid in my body. I get sausage fingers where I can't even get my rings on or off, and I get an extra half inch or…
