I love hot yoga.... you may lose some water weight.....and in general yoga will help with toning. While I would not call it a big calorie burner ...... I do think it's a good part to include in your overall fitness program.

Thanks - we are all on the same journey - one day at a time....I have to ask the silly question .. what is MFP??? YES! tracking is THE key -- without it I keep saying "I don't know WHY I keep gaining weight!!! I don't eat THAT much!!!" With it I say "WOW.. I eat THAT much!!! : ) "
