I use coconut oil instead of egg on pork chops. Rub on both sides then a light parm cheese coating on both sides and edges. Then I top it off with a lot of garlic salt. Tastes great. p.s. eggs would work, too but I need more fat in my ratios. I bake it but you could fry , too

I didn't lose anything this morning so I guess I'm finished with the quick drop in the beginning! I'll wait to weigh until Monday if I can stand it and just do what I'm supposed to do over the weekend and not worry about the scale number.

I'm posting to let you know that I was well under my calories for a few days and finally started seeing circles under my eyes and got really tired and run down and not feeling well. I upped my calories yesterday to where they should be and took one day off exercising and I still lost (point) .2lbs. I just wanted to share…

I'm really having the same problem. Every few days I'm going to make myself eat more. I have coconut oil that has good fats and very high in calories. If I have to add much more to my eggs, I will do that to help.

Is it possible that the flax seed is backing you up a little so the fat can't flush? I didn't think seeds were okay on induction but googled it and people said it was all fiber and they never heard of someone stalling but perhaps you are. i really don't know but if you're looking for a culprit maybe cut it out for the rest…

I have 2 full days to go, Sunday and Monday and Tuesday will be my new week. Even though it hasn't been a week yet, I've lost 8 pounds but I have a lot to lose. I've also been exercising, I know you're not supposed to but I'm sedentary. I'm fatigued right after I exercise but not dizzy or anything.
