after doing studies they have found that after so much of a workout or take a marathon for instance after about the 18th mile it is not effective. read up on it!! :smile:

what are your portions like? and are you doing strength and cardio for your workouts? These things can help. I dont know how youve lasted that long without giving up. When I dont see results i quit doing what it is I was doing but I am proud of you for trying to stick to it!!

i normally have bobs red mill 10 grain hot cereal with greek yogurt and 1 oz nuts and 1/4th cup of raisins. but today I had 3 egg whites, a banana and 1 oz nuts. and i have coffee with fat free half and half and since im weaning myself off the coffemate flavored creamers I still have a tbs or 2 of that in there. its a lot…

I had panic attacks everyday for about a yr. i went to a therapist they explained self talk and I learned right away how to talk myself out of them. occasionally they still get out of hand but not so bad and it really worked. If you are spiritual at all I suggest praying to God or reading the bible, that worked for me also.

nuts in general i would say. and greek yogurt. I eat a good healthy but high calorie breakfast every day. 10 grain hot cereal with greek yogurt a fourth cup of nuts depending on what I have on hand and a fourth cup of raisins. comes out high but filling and good for ya.

I gained almost 50 with my first but I was also very tiny when I began with that one and prob needed to gain weight. Walked for about 25 min a day. 2nd I gained 25 lbs. roasted with olive oil salt pepper and fresh garlic sometimes I sprinkle parmesean chz its sooooo good!! My husband also julienned carrots apples and did like a shredded version of brussel sprouts and made a coleslaw out of it. not sure what kind of dressing he made but it was good!! I was surprised

Uh yeah when I name my daughter haylee I had never met another i just found the name in a book liked it named her, very popular name that year. 2nd daughter came and i had always wanted a Hanna, #1 name of the yr she was born!! Boo hoo!!

Im almost 5'3" and 136 lbs. I want to be 125-130 toned. I have a big trunk, wide hips and very skinny legs so I will see where I am at 130 and toned. I had my 4th baby 2 yrs ago and my hips are too wide now so i have to be cautious. When I was younger my happy weight was 120.

I love spinach!! I use it for the lettuce in everything that needs lettuce. I also cut it up and throw it in dishes because you really cant taste it. here are a list of things I put it in...hamburgers, taco salad, omelets, casseroles, stuffed bread...the possibilities are endless for me haha

Try making yourself drink a cpl oz's before drinking your beverage of choice as you get used to that then add more. I have never had an issue with water but never drank enough. I am at an interesting place right now. I love running/jogging. It is easiest for me to have motivation to do and its something I want to continue doing. It burns great calories.
