I have NEVER been a morning person. Last year I tried almost daily and could NOT get out of bed before 7 (kids wake up at 730) but then this year Ive been getting up at 6. Yes Ive been doing a pushup, reverse crunch, squat, yoga routine every morning. my 2 year old does an excellent chair pose!! :) Im slowly starting to use it all to my advantage but a real workout ahs been proven difficult. still chugging, I am!!

in the shred I get dizzy and have to just do buttkicks or whatever after the 2 min cardio routines go back and forth back anf forth. i can do straight "something" or switch it once but yeah i get dizzy!!

if you are not done losing weight shop at the thrift stores. for every item you buy get rid of an item. and then eventually youll be buying size 6 again and getting rid of 12s. just do 1 at a time and i think it wont be as scary!! and then everytime you feel the urge to eat crap food or too big a portion remind yourself…

I know the actual paper part is shrinking, at least around here. But they will still need someone to write for their internet columns, its the same thing. I personally like the paper better though I have not jumped on having everything in a tablet or computer.

I used to be afraid of it too. Cover in olive oil a lil salt and pepper and garlic and roast at about 350 it is very good. can do the same with brussel sprouts and for the first itme in my life actually said I loved them!! haha

there is the channel "fit tv" or look up on line at exercisetv.com both have good workouts but I think exercise tv changes availability of their programs sometimes i find good ones sometimes not. ( but mine is ondemand at comcast )
