It's been a weird week for me but I am doing my weigh in drum roll please 220.8. My jaw dropped when I saw that. And I just want to say sorry if I have already pored this.

Push up and climbers are done I even have a walk under my belt. I tried to weigh myself and my crappy scale broke. I know whT get to buy this weekend. Anyway I love the scale at work so my weigh in will have to wait just a couple hours.

I had to look up the mouton climber thing but I am in. I cant wait to weigh myself again to I haven't done that since lastmonday.

I am one pound away from my goal for sep 1. I am so happy with my self.

Been busy here at work. Work in a orthopedic office with a bunch of surgeons. On my feet all day. So my situps have come at times but I am at 35 right now.

Omg I hurt so bad my hip is sad. I did walk this morning and was really busy today.

Ok I've done 12 glasses of water today. Any way the 50 sit-ups I really don't think I can do them all at once but I will try.

This will not be hard for me cause I drink about 10 to 12 glasses a day. But good morning ladies.

So. I gotta go o bed so I can get up early and get a small jog/walk in before I get the kids up for school. Talk tomorrow and we can do this ladies....

It does I exercise about a hour before dinner than 5 hours later in bed. I just wish the pounds would come off I hit my plateu.

It's Monday after noon and I have 775 calories to go and thats with a piece of chocolate cake ok very small piece but hey CAKE.

Checking in girls for Saturday 6th. Calories 1236/1432 exercise 32/30 and weight for the week is 223
