Losing it
Ok I have been at this weight lose thing for over a year and I am just out of steam. Yeah I could take a week off but than I'm afaird I wouldn't start back up. Help I just cant seem to get motivated and always seem out of steam.. :(

Morning or at night
is it better to exercise in the morning or at night? I am thinking of waking up earlier to try and start walking/jogging but I normally do it at night.

Surgery and back on track
Ok so 4weeks ago I had my tubes tied and the doc screwed up and cut my bladder than I went into kidney failure. So I had to have bladder surgery also. I went to doc today and found out that i am very low in vitamin B12, I am waiting on my thyroid and vitamin d results but if these are low cant it affect my weight lose. I have noticed lately that my motivation is not really on track. I mean I walked at lunch than sometimes i come home and walk. I do pretty good during the week but the weekends are horrible for me. I am just looking for some suggestions please....
