Suggestions and a question

I have been watching my calories, walking almost everyday and if not every day every other day. I am doing a squat challenge and next month doing a ab challenge . I have set a goal of a pound a week. Is this a smart goal if I want to keep the weight off? I also need some suggestions on exercise. I dont have the abllity to have a gym membership. I really appreciate any help....

It sounds fair to me. I'm aiming at 1-2 pounds a week as well. Try to incorporate some strength training in there. You can look up some fitness blender videos on youtube if you don't want to buy DVDs.0
