Yep, after day of lifting I was barely able to walk. I need to get back to it.

Your progress isn't slow, 50 pounds in less than a year is a pretty decent pace.

Meat, cheese, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.

Not only do you make poor decisions, but the alcohol itself has a lot of calories, and usually you don't have just one drink. I never started drinking, but good on you for cutting back.

No victories today, I haven't even had breakfast yet. But one that's similar to OPs from a few months back. The company bought cupcakes for everyone, I went into the break room and grabbed one, as I was walking back to my desk I realized what I'd done and gave it to someone else instead. Small victories.

So many backs I want to massage....

Morning, because if I do it any other time my hair is funny and I'm greasy by the time I get to work.

You should have the option to opt out. That sounds like a moneymaking scam to me.

I weigh once a month. One the first day of my weekend on the last week of the month. I don't eat or drink until after my bathroom duties are done, then I weigh myself.

Not exactly "on shelves" but the Santa Fe gorditas from Taco Bell.

Sodium isn't as big of a deal as a lot of people think, as long as you don't have a medical issue you should be fine.

Halfway between chubbyfat and fat as fatass. I don't have any nekkid pics and I'm not taking any, sorry.

You'll probably have to do some experimenting to find out exactly what you're burning.

Tell her the internet says you have a gorgeous body. Make sure she understands it's not Tumblr saying that.

I feel your pain. I'm over 30 down and my belt is a LOT tighter, but my gut seems to be totally unchanged.

Alcohol, especially beer. *Puts on flame retardant pants.*

Every week or so I end up with something that doesn't go in the log for one reason or another, but it's usually just more than 200-300 calories. Since January I've probably 3-4 days where I said "**** it." and ate what I wanted. Every 10 pounds I'm taking a week at +500 calories as well.

Tried to entice a co-worker, he didn't bite. I've been doing it alone. Lately I've been slipping, mostly because of other things that have started to come up at the time I used to go lifting.
